Beautiful Julie has been in foster care (in Spring Hill) since her birth. Torties are often difficult to place, as not everybody finds Torties pretty. She is loaded with personality, though. Her favorite spot is foster mom's lap; her favorite thing is licking the bottom of an ice cream bowl or cereal bowl. Spayed, microchipped, current on shots, healthy Julie deserves a home of her own. It won't take her very long to warm up; her acclimation will proceed more quickly if an adopter will let Julie decide when to come out of a safe hiding spot. She just wants to know she is safe.
